Can anyone tell me more about the starting salary and exit ops for an analyst with the real estate advisory group in a secondary market? Would really appreciate it.

What do they exactly do? Appraisals? There are 50 threads about appraisal exit ops.
I understand that but I'm looking for some insight into the actual company and salaries. A big corporate appraisal company is significantly different from a mom & pop appraisal shop.
