Early career advice.
I’m currently an Investment Analyst fresh out of college at a West Coast-based merchant developer that has recently expanded into acquisitions. I enjoy the work, but I’m concerned that focusing exclusively on multifamily and learning how multifamily deals work. Could limit me in the long run if I ever decide to switch asset classes.
Is this something I should be concerned about? Should I make an effort to learn about other asset classes as well? I’d appreciate any thoughts or advice. Thanks!
