Eastdil 1-Hour Team Interview – Any Insight?
Had a short first round call with a VP last week, mostly behavioral/motivation. Now scheduled for a 1-hour interview with the broader team this week for the Santa Monica office.
For anyone who’s gone through the Eastdil interview process, what should I expect from this round? Still mostly behavioral, or more technical/deal focused? Any insight on format or what typically comes next would be appreciated.
Is this for the analyst program or off cycle?

Make sure to refer to them as brokers, not investment bankers. They’ll hire you on the spot.

Be normal it’ll be behavioral and maybe ask super easy questions. Be curious and know what they do correctly and what the office specifically works on
