Eastdil Analyst Brain Teasers
WSO community,
I will be interviewing for my final round with Eastdil's Analyst position this week.
Does anyone have any advice as to which technical brain teasers I can expect?

This ain’t banking. Aint nobody got time to to tease your brain. Technical questions and get straight to the point. Plus drinks/coffee/dinner interview to make sure you’re not a dork-for some shops. That’s how it works.
They actually do typically ask a couple brain teasers, after some fairly basic technical questions. There is a post on here that goes over a number of questions very similar to what they asked me - OP should just use the search function to find it. Pretty easy to come across.
Never heard of anyone asking consulting/banking type brain teasers for real estate (i.e. how many tennis balls can I fit on a Boeing 737?)
But you'll probably get asked some basic technical questions. This thread has some good examples:

Can confirm brain teasers are common. Eastdil is one of the tougher places to interview.
They asked me whether I'd rather watch my parents have sex every day for the rest of my life or join in once
That's a tough one man. What if my dad has a step wife who is a smoke show model? Can I tag team my step mom with him?
Have heard from others that Eastdil does ask brain teasers. I’ve also been asked brain teasers at several lenders and buy side firms
How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

Would immediately and confidently answer "a fuck ton" if asked this in an interview.
HAHAHA
A woodchuck would chuck as much wood as a woodchuck could chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood
There is one about a clock and some degree angle. Another has to do with a rubix cube.
