Anyone have any idea where the associate comp is at Eastdil? Specifically west coast offices in LA and the OC. Also any info on what hours to expect for associates would be helpful. I’ve done some digging but the data looks to be all over the place. Thanks in advance.

$125k base + 100% target bonus
Second this^ . Hours are pretty long, I'd say 75+ w/ some Sundays included.
I feel like a base salary of 125k is pretty light for top level associates on the west coast, especially given the hours. I guess the bonus makes up for it.
When I was there Analyst salary was 70k across the board regardless of city.... that said target bonus was 100%-120%.
Similarly, HFF used to pay Analysts 55k base...
Analyst level at JLL/HFF is now at ~62k long shot away from eastdil. One of my best friends from college is at Eastdil and his base is 100k. I'm on the west coast by the way.
$250k for institutional capital markets associate is pretty great. Don’t think JLL associates get over $200k in NYC / West Coasts. Not sure about CB.
