Eastdil Secured NYC analyst hours and 1st Year Comp

Looking for feedback on Eastdil's analyst hours and first year compensation in NYC office? Also any feedback on what deal flow might be like now that Spies and Harmon are at Cushman

I'm not quite sure that they have analysts on their team--From what I understand, they have an analyst pool and you get staffed on deals as needed during your 2 year rotation.

^^^^This. I've looked at a couple of different spies/harmon deals since their move to C&W and they've had different analysts for each deal.

There's been a bit of a hit to reputation but it's still a great jump off to begin your career. More important than names/prestige, you'll get reps and become competent quickly.

The last thing you should be worried about is deal flow.
