Comp/hours: Think BB IB Deal flow: more than you can handle! I would not worry about their deal flow.. get the offer and stop thinking
Analysts in the nyc office make somewhere around $75k base with 30-50% bonus. Hours are bad and you'll be in every weekend. Deal flow is great. Great name too, but we'll see if that brand strength continues with the recent departure of Spies, Harmon, Donner, and Donnegar....
Can someone elaborate? Was this a management buyout specifically out of this office?
You gotta learn how to be self sufficient, google things, etc.

Him posting his response asking someone to elaborate literally took more time than it would have to just google "Eastdil harmon spies" lol
Curious who the Analysts are on Spies/Harmon's team at Cushman.
I'm not quite sure that they have analysts on their team--From what I understand, they have an analyst pool and you get staffed on deals as needed during your 2 year rotation.
^^^^This. I've looked at a couple of different spies/harmon deals since their move to C&W and they've had different analysts for each deal.
There's been a bit of a hit to reputation but it's still a great jump off to begin your career. More important than names/prestige, you'll get reps and become competent quickly.
The last thing you should be worried about is deal flow.
