Eastdil Secured sale
Anyone have any insight on what is happening with WF's sale of Eastdil? How will the sale change the firm? Eastdil seems to be attracting some new talent at the upper level.
Spoke with a few VPs recently and they said that there are only 4 individuals in the company that have any idea as to that whole process.
There was a story a few weeks ago in RE Alert that the Singapore sovereign wealth fund Temasek would be the buyer, however when I spoke to a few of the guys at Eastdil they said they had no idea.
