Curious to see what backgrounds Eastdil hires for this role, and how many YOE? Currently an An1 at a top CRE bank and interested in lateraling over to ES after a year. Any info?
Eastdil will hire anyone with prior work experience, it’s not a pedigree contest at all. There’s far fewer candidates than you think. It’s honestly a pretty annoying hiring process because they bring on people with no experience and have to make them an associate 1 year later, many unqualified people coming in that way.
What about YOE? I saw on the job posting that they require 2+ YOE for the experienced analyst role, but have seen people come in as a “senior analyst” with 1 year under their belt. Additionally have heard an1 base is 80k, while experienced analyst is 100-110k base (Target bonus 75-100%). Are these numbers accurate across all offices?
