Any of you using the EB5 money to help fund your development projects? It looks like this program reopened in 2022. I haven't seen much talk of it on here since then. I'm guessing it's not popular or an expensive form of capital considering it's issuing US immigrants visas for $800k (I think, correct me if I'm wrong that).
