I've had two recruiters present EB-5 real estate investing opportunities to me this year alone (two different regions of the country). Does anybody currently work in EB-5 investments, or know about the industry? General question - can you provide color on: if this is an up-and-coming market, exit ops, current day-to-day investment activities, etc.?
I assume it's similar to affordable housing in that it's a rather niche market. But, if the exit ops/day-to-day investing activities are in-line with conventional CRE investing, this might be an interesting piece to watch in the future.
