ELI5: Pricing on a CRE loan?
I'm not on the debt side and am new to RE, so excuse my ignorance here.
When asked what pricing is on a loan, is that something I can find in the loan agreement/term sheet?
I know the rate, spread, strike price, etc. But am not sure what "pricing" is when asked.
In my experience, when someone asks for pricing they are either asking for the all in note rate (index + spread) or just the spread. Both of these should be found in the initial term sheet or application.
