What asset classes have been on the fringe/overlooked?
Obviously we've seen tons of institutional money pour into what were once seen as niche sectors (IOS/ISF, Data Centers, Self-Storage, etc.). What might be the next move? Which asset classes which have historically been seen as sub-institutional might suddenly gain institutional attention?
