Engineering/Construction
Anyone have insight on working in a transaction advisory type role for an engineering/construction managment firm? It seems like a project management type role. Financial modeling is a part of the role while you work to advise clients on real estate and infrastructure projects. Clients are a mix of public and private looking to build institutional grade private products or large public facilities. The role seems quite interesting due to the scale of projects they take on.
Interested as well.
