Entry-Level Job Opportunities In Philadelphia

WSO, I'm looking to help out of a family member of mine get an entry-level role in real estate and/or construction in the Philadelphia area. He graduated from a state school in 2016, worked part-time for a retail company throughout college, and went to full time after he graduated with the promise of moving up to a more professional position with the corporate office. Unfortunately, over a year later, that's all still promises and he's stuck in a low paying retail position.

I have only one real contact in Philly, so I'm wondering if anyone here knows of solid people/companies in the area that my relative can reach out to. He's smart, great with people, and has retail sales experience, but other than that he's pretty green.
