Equity Structures
Hey Guys,
Just Looking to learn about various equity structures in Real Estate. Besides equity waterfalls are there any other equity structures you see come across your desk often on the Acquisition or Development side? Whether it be PE or not. Just looking to learn. Thanks.
For bigger deals, sometimes we will buy properties with our standard equity waterfall structure (between LP and GP), but also bring in a second TIC that just gets the deal level returns with no promote (but this second TIC has no control rights).
