Equity/Debt Lending Companies
My firm recently closed a transaction with a large bank that was offering to come in on the equity side of the transaction as well as be the loan provider. I would assume many other lenders do the same thing however since this community is awesome and good about sharing information, anyone have an equity/debt source they have had success with using?
