I have an x and a y axis, how do you sum partial range, a row, based on two column inputs. Not the entire row, but say if my y is labeled 1,2,3,4,5, and x is 10,11,12,13,14,15 then y2,x12,x13

anyway you have a formula where i can just sum Y4 from column X11:X14
i.e. sum(I11:L11)? in the fashion you have here. My brain is fried I've been looking at this one model all day.
do a sumproduct.
using squirrel's example: sumproduct((H8:M12) * ($G$8:$G$12=4) * (($H$7:$M$710)))
