Exit Opps for entry level
I think this would really give me insight on which path i would like to take as well as help others. I am considering a few opportunities and wanted to know potential exit opportunities for reach, as well as their salaries, ALL NYC
Acquisitions Analyst (Family Office): would learn a lot as it is only a principal and a senior analyst, but not much structure to the company.
Analyst/Associate (Real Estate Private Equity): would not be much deal underwriting, would be mostly raising capital and sourcing new deals
Sales for an emerging real estate tech company
Investment Sales brokerage (Marcus and millichap, ariel property advisors, Besen)
Tenant rep office leasing
