Exit ops advice for analyst in D&S Finance
I’ve been an analyst at C&W for 2 years now and have not been promoted to senior role and don’t think I will from what I’ve been told. I’d like to make a lateral move to a different area of CRE as im burnt out from debt and structured finance type of work. Ideally I’d like to work less than 50 hours. My total comp right now is about $90K. Where could I exit to?
