Experience in the debt and equity space?
Has anyone worked on the debt side (originations specifically) as well as the equity side (acquisitions)?
What was your experience like in terms of deal flow and what were the main differences in the process from start to finish. What different thoughts go into the due diligence and underwriting etc.? Thanks
