I am an investment analyst with an operator/syndicator based out of the Midwest. We primarily focus on value-add multifamily opportunities in the Midwest and have a strong track record of delivering solid returns. We are vertically integrated with property management and construction all being handled in-house.
While we do have existing relationships with several LP investors, who invest on a 90/10 basis with us, we are looking to expand our network.
