Face to face networking in another city

I’m a student targeting a major market post grad and have had numerous informational interviews over the phone with ppl at the major brokerage shops. I feel like a phone call can only do so much and, I would love to meet face to face with the people I have already spoken with. Considering I don’t exactly live close to this market and I work an internship everyday of the week, my only opportunity to visit would be the weekends. I guess the question I’m trying to ask is if it would be acceptable to request a coffee/lunch meeting on the weekend? I don’t want to ask and disrespect their time because the last thing the probably wanna do during the weekend is meet with some college kid trying to get a job. Any advice?
