Fattal/Leonardo hotels M&A thoughts?
Basically the title. Was wondering what you think about the M&A team at Leonardo hotels/Fattal and how competent /known they are . I’ve seen they have raised 2 funds in the last 3 years one for 300m and the other for 420m so was wondering if it’s a good option. Curious what you think about their entire business model as well.
