Feedback on RE Website/Logo

I work for a small real estate investment and management firm. My boss has decided to rename the company, but is considering keeping the old logo and website. I'm hoping I can get some feedback from professionals in the industry to share with him. I would appreciate honest feedback on what you think and if you'd ever do business with our company based on what you see. granitepeakequity.com Thanks!

This must be a troll post, right? Looks absolutely terrible. First impression would be that the company is not professional or institutional at all. Maybe even a scam. Looks like it was designed in 1995. Gives off a terrible impression of your company, and I think many people would question the company's business-savvy if that's how you choose to present yourselves. I could go to wix.com and with 2 hours and $100 could make a website 100x better looking - and that's not an exaggeration (I've done it multiple times). Logo looks like a preschooler drew it.

Pm me. I’m not even an expert or anything but I had to make a website for a nonprofit I started, but I’ll give you some tips on making a better website. Free of charge because 1) this website needs some serious help & 2) I got nothing else to do so why not.
