I've been interviewing for cre investment sales lately. interviewed at avison young for industrials however didn't get offer...didn't receive feedback however i believe they wanted someone local. does anyone know how i should prep for this? it's all behavioural for it at the moment but for technicals how technical do cre investment sales get? I should prob know what is cap rate/noi/types of properties/direct vs income approach/how to do npv,dcf,irr. there's no requirement of getting a broker license in the long term but should that be assumed as well?
