Financial Analyst & Associate Compensation Structure?

I am looking for some insight on what compensation might look like as a CRE Financial Analyst at a reputable firm (I recognize this varies depending on experience level & team/service line supported).

  • What is a typical base salary for a Financial Analyst with limited experience? And, for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst?
  • What is a typical bonus structure for these roles (i.e., X% of base salary paid on X)? And, to what extent are bonuses broker/team vs. company paid?
  • How does compensation vary across service lines?

Any insight is greatly appreciated!
