Financial Analyst - Furthering Knowledge
HI Guys, i am new to WSO and was looking for some advice.
I am in my 3rd month as a Financial Analyst role for a top CRE firm working in the Capital Markets and Investment Sales platform. previously coming from PM in RE Development and a land brokerage role. I am looking for advice in regards to further education, any courses which you could recommend for furthering my knowledge in the field. I already am running Argus / Excel DCF models and have a grasp on the basics of CRE finance, but really want to become more efficient and generally increase my skills and understanding of the following which would incorporate: Argus / Excel modelling, DCF's, IRR's, NPV's etc along with CRE Finance in general.
Could anybody recommend a great course perhaps online or certificate program that would increase my skills overall for being a great Analyst with my plan to become a full Investment Sales Broker in the near future.
