Financial Position - Where to go from here?

Hi all,

Hope all is well! I wanted to reach out to get you perspective on where to go from here - I'm currently 21 about to work in REPE this year and have a net worth of ~170k. I started a side hustle (reselling) over my time in high school and college which has done me well. Last year I bought my first real estate asset all cash with a partner which is about to stabilize. I have some money spread across stocks, high interest bonds, crypto and even made one small VC investment.

As I start my career with no student debt, thankfully, I wonder how can I continue to grow my portfolios more efficiently. Should I focus on RE since I will be in the industry, should I still work on my side hustle, any advice helps!

By no means is this a way to show off, just wanted to hear your thoughts! Thank you in advance!
