FM: Timeline Calculation: Why Include Month 0 / T0?
Hi,
Why do most of the FM timelines start with month 0 / T0 (Acquisition)?
With a hold period of 12 months, this would mean 13 months including T0.
Shouldnt cash flows already be generated from month 0 / acquisition?
