Following Incompetent Leaders
I can’t be the only one to have a boss who leads an activity he has never done himself. Personally, I’m frustrated by it because it results in a lot of grandstanding, and misrepresentation to our partners. It also makes doing my job more difficult. How have you all handled this before?
