Hi. If anyone works as part of a team for CRE (particularly in NYC), I'm curious as to your preferences and would like to know what's "out there."
Do you prefer to work alone, with one partner, in a team of 3 or 4, or 10 people? Either leasing or investment sales. And what are the pros and cons (to you, from your own experience), in these different work dynamics?
