For those of you on the fund side, what are your typical acq fees and AM fees?

Transitioning from doing one-off investments with LPs and looking to raise capital from pension/family offices for our first fund. What are you seeing in terms of acq fees? AM fees? etc. Trying to make sure we're not coming in over market here.

Speak to your lawyers doing your PPM. They should have a decent handle on what fees other fund managers for your asset class are charging. It’s a little hard to provide color for you too, as you haven’t said what services you’re providing. Your asset management fee may need to be 2% because you are proving additional services for your fund - accounting, asset management, acquisition diligence, portfolio management, lease administration and reporting, coordinating contractors, etc. vs if you were only deploying for JVs and you have a GP for every deal - they may do many of the services above and so you might not need to charge for every fee.
