Forkosh Development Group?

Does anyone have any experience/background information on Forkosh Development Group?

Looking at a deal where they are the Sponsor, trying to get some more information. There's really no news or background about their team online or on their website, except for a couple of past projects in NYC and one in Surfside, FL. Link below. There's a couple local articles behind paywalls but that's it.
