Wondering if anybody on this board has experience underwriting loans for the new Freddie Mac Small Balance Commercial Loan program and, if so, what's a general range of number of hours it takes to complete the UW package (assuming all borrower data is in hand) and also fees your shop charges? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
