Does anyone know if there is a free version of Argus that is read only? I have been trying to see if Altus Group provides something like this but have been unable to discover this on their website or get in contact with the sales department. So the next best step is you degenerates that work in the industry.

there used to be "trial" type version on the CD with the Geltner Miller Commercial Real Estate text book (note... it was Argus DCF, not Enterprise im pretty sure). If you can find one of those CDs (used textbook store?), maybe it will work. That's only "free" version I heard of, but maybe others exist.
