FT Offer Rescinded by a BB - Graduated college and unsure of how to land analyst position

Upon graduating from college I had received an offer to work within the CRE arm of a BB. My offer was rescinded because the BB is not performing well and was forced to layoff individuals. At this point I am unsure of how to move forward and secure an analyst position since I do not have access to on-campus recruiting and most online job postings looking for analysts are asking for a handful of years of experience. My only experience is a Top 5 PERE summer internship the year before. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it.

  1. Network
  2. Indeed, LinkedIn, Select Leaders (many of these sites out there, just look)
  3. Make list of companies you'd like to work for, check their career pages twice a week.
  4. Send cold emails to managers/decision makers at firms you're interested in. They will respect the hustle and worst thing that'll happen is they won't respond.

That's really it. I see analyst postings online all the time. Good luck man
