Full Time Hiring for the Class of 2021

Hi WSO,

Just a little background - I am a rising senior at a non-target who is interning at a big brokerage in their valuation program which was supposed to be at their headquarters. I was planning on using this internship to learn the technical fundamentals and network into a capital markets position at a brokerage firm. I have been getting a little anxious about the future as the internship has been drastically shortened and put online and I was surprised about the size of the intern class and how many people I will be competing with for these positions next year.

Keeping in mind that real estate hiring is almost all need based I was just curious if you guys had any insight into what hiring demand might look like within the next year and what I can do in the mean time to put myself in the best position to set myself apart.

Thanks for the help.
