Full time offer - midway through bachelor

So, I’m doing an internship at a CRE company in Stockholm, Sweden. I’m half way through my bachelor and I just got an offer from where I’m doing my internship. Full time (probably more since the properties were just acquired), manage 10 properties – 14 buildings (Logistic spaces, industrial spaces, warehouses and belonging offices), decent pay, one property technician and one property caretaker will be working under me. I won’t drop out, so I’ll still be getting my bachelor’s. I get a chance to do another internship next year as well, which will be affected by me taking on this role. I will probably not have time to study as hard as I could, which will affect my grades.

What do I do? Accept, or decline? Give me your thoughts.

is this a troll? Why would you quit school to be a property manager? Not sre what career progression is like in sweeden but i wouldnt do it. You have your whole life to work.

Not sure if there are any intricacies of Sweden I'm missing here, but it sounds like great experience while in school. Even if you hate it (and you probably will by the end) by the time you graduate you'll have experience running 10 different real estate businesses and invaluable insight into what people who one day you will have to lead deal with on a day to day basis.
