Hey guys,
I just wanted to confirm something - if an acquisition or development fee is being charged on a project and it's being funded by the loan, does that just mean that it's being included in total project cost (then sized with LTC)? If it is not being funded by the loan is that just simply the lender removing the fee amount from the initial total project cost and then applying the LTC?
