Future Atlanta Developers

I'm reaching out to all of those on here who work in real estate in Atlanta, and are actively working on their own deals or are in the process of pursuing your own deals. Since I've been in the real estate field I've had a hard time finding other young like minded individuals who have the ambition to go out and do their own deals, and so I thought I'd give a shout out to any one on here who might have the same ambitions of me in Atlanta. There is a ton of opportunity out in the Atlanta market, and I'm looking to connect with other professionals who want to start game planning and searching for opportunities. We all have our strengths and connections that can be beneficial as partners, and it would be a wasted opportunity to not network with each other and continue going about our normal jobs. If any one on here in Atlanta catches this, either pm me or respond below and maybe we'll have enough responses to grab a beer or something after work, and talk possibilities. Even though we all most likely have full time jobs, there's still plenty of ways to make money on the side, and eventually venture out on our own. I've got my first few opportunities in the pipeline right now that I've sourced with a fix & flip and new construction project, and if anyone in Atlanta has interest I'd be open to discussing the project and seeing if we can add some value together.
