Took an interview with them about a year and a half ago and the VP conducting the interview was extremely rude, asked ridiculous questions that didn't make sense (clearly a communication error, I was well prepared and have received offers from top firms) and then belittled me when I asked for clarification.

Their efforts to "reduce carbon footprints" and "invest in sustainable real estate" seems like little more than lip service to get funding from sustainable investing allocators, which was a real let down for someone who is passionate about the environment.

just wanted to chime in to +1 CREazy's comment. VP was very rude and cold.
