GAV calculations
Hi guys, wondering if you could help me on the GAV calculation of an LBO model of a RE development company.
Assuming i mark BS at GAV, what price of RE do I use for the cap rate conversion into GAV? Not sure if i should use entry purchase price as I'm projecting rental growth.
Apologies for the basic calc logic for RE. it isn't my industry.
