Gencom Reorganization

"PEOPLE MOVES: Alessandro E. Colantonio and Donald McGregor have been named to lead Gencom's newly split business lines, Gencom Capital and Gencom Real Estate, respectively, as part of a broader reorganization with additional promotions and a new hire."

Gencom just reorganized into two business lines, coming right after they sold their 30% stake in Peninsula Papagayo to their longstanding co-owner Mohari.

Anyone have any more info on this? What the plan is? Growth plans?
