Ancora is a commercial and residential GC. They do everything from 1 residential house to adding on a wing of a high-rise office building. I've personally used them on several homes I've built. I 100% endorse them for their residential stuff (never worked with them on commercial side).

Would figure out whoever Ditto uses, they're one of the bigger names in the 15 unit / rehab type space

For that few units I would look into residential contractors as well as multifamily contractors.
