I've seen a lot about transforming your building into a power plant. Like you can sell excess energy that was generated to give an incremental NOI boast. Pretty cool IMO. Also saw one that can detect threats using Ai. It can also do stuff regarding monitoring social distancing etc.
What "threats" are these?
Like it can detect if some one has a weapon etc
