Anyone in the final rounds of associate interviews for SF or NY? Have one/two more conversations with members of the team but if anyone is, let's chat. Hopefully we get some feedback soon.
Can you opine how process has been, specifically the level of difficulty?
Pretty difficult - more grueling than anything. Multiple rounds of behaviorals, a full-technical interview drilling into deal experience, a model test, and an upcoming presentation. Not sure how many more rounds there will be.

How was the case study?
4 hour industrial deal in person.
Any tricky parts to it? Or was it the typical "straight-line development, lease-up, construction draw + fixed rate perm debt," etc.?
