GIS software for Real estate

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a GIS, CRM combo. Let me explain, I'm active in NYC real estate, so to get all zoning info O use ZoLa which is a robust tool with all the essential hyperlinks baked in, it has a hyperlink to Acris to see ownership info, it has a hyperlink to DOB, etc.

However I need to be able to add notes and customized fields for every parcel. In my dream I get ZoLa with a personal account in which I add customized fields, notes, follow-up reminders. Divided into accurate tax lots, with every parcel clickable. ZoLa also has this land use colors, which is awesome.

There are some alternatives to ZoLa. I see a company called Gridics.com or deepblocks.com.

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me.
