Looking for some advice on those who went out on there own. Have a deal I’m downtown Denver that I will be receiving developer fees for over the next 18 months. Have not given notice on my 9-5 but I’m trying to get all the housekeeping items down.
did you set up an LLC to receive the fees in outside the deal?
what do you do for health insurance? Is your plan tax deductible?
