To start off with, let me provide you with a bit of my background. I graduated from a state school here in Texas in 2013 and have been working as a mortgage loan originator for the past 5 years (doing mostly residential and a few commercial deals). I'm about to start school in Dallas at SMU's one-year MBA program (May 2019 to May 2020).
I'm really interested in Goldman Sachs IBD - Real Estate Financing Group and have noticed they have a team in Dallas, New York, and London.
Does anyone have any experience of what it takes to get into that team? Does my background align well with this team? Any advise or help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
