Good books to read on real estate development and financing?
Want to take advantage of some free time to read some good industry books on dev and financing, for educational / refresh purpose.
Saw quite a few titles on Amazon with 4.5+ reviews.
Any suggestions?
There’s the classic The Real Estate Game by Poorvu, for textbooks there’s Real Estate Finance and Investments by Brueggeman, and Real Estate Finance and Investments: Risks and Opportunities by Linneman. There’s this great book by John McNellis, Making it in Real Estate: Starting Out as a Developer, bunch of others too, some great topics on what books to read have been discussed already, look them up.
